The three pictures are the "Before", the ME (Mechanical Engineer) and the ID (Industrial Designer) solutions. You be the judge of which product you would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on to take to market. Also, which design will have the potential of a 30 year product-life-cycle in the commercial cleaning equipment industry? Both solutions are legitimate solutions, which may have been introduced into the marketplace. In today's market, appearance, aesthetics, human factors and usability can make the difference between a profitable product solution and a marginal product that may lose sales because the "human factor" was left out.
