This injection molded plastic lunch kit comes in two sizes and contains a 16 ounce or 36 ounce vacuum bottle. The new design has all-plastic handles and latches, which replace the metal latches and handle connecting links. The new design is a 10% cost reduction from the original one-size lunch box that had been on the market for 25 years. The box is made of copolymer polypropylene injection molded plastic that has a self-hinging property.
